Chris Molnar is a New York City-based writer.

He is founder and editorial director of Archway Editions, the literary imprint of powerHouse Books (distributed by Simon & Schuster). In 2014 he co-founded the Writer’s Block, the first independent bookstore in Las Vegas. He has been writer in residence for Writing Downtown Las Vegas, completing the novel Heaven’s Oblivion. Longform projects in progress include a recollection of religious education in the Midwest and fiction on the early Chinese-American experience drawn from the life of a forebear.
